A: Each game has a button below the picture to add the item to your cart. Upon checkout, you will need to select the method of payment that you want to use. We accept any major Credit Card, Paypal, Checks, or Money Orders. For your convenience, we also offer Google Checkout and Amazon Payments. .
A: Online payments are always transacted on a 128-bit secure server connection to best protect your financial privacy and security. Also our shopping cart is protected by VeriSign, and McAfee Secure.
A: If you live outside of the Continental United States, you will need to contact the sales department, sales@Vintagegameworld.com for a shipping quote before you place your order. You will be given specific directions from there. Payments from orders outside of the United States are only accepted when paid by credit card, Amazon Payments, Google Checkout, or Paypal. Sorry, no checks or money orders for foreign orders at this time. In addition, Vintage Game World is not responsible for duties, tariffs, etc. Any customs or import duties are calculated once the package reaches your country and all of these charges are your responsibility. Vintage Game World does not keep track of, charge, or have any control over these charges and cannot estimate what they will be. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
Q: How much will my shipping costs be? A: If purchasing a gift certificate, or instructions via email, there is not a shipping charge.
GAME SHIPPING TABLE: The following table is what game shipping starts at, and could be adjusted during checkout depending on your shipping zone. The shipping amount for your particular zone will be shown during the checkout process.
PARTS SHIPPING TABLE:
A: We do not charge a handling fee for any order. Shipping is charged based on the amount of your order and your shipping zone. (USA only) Please see the shipping tables above.
A: Most orders are processed within 14 business days, this does not include Sundays, Holidays, or any other unforeseen event. Most game orders within the lower 48 states of the USA are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This service proves to be fast with a normal delivery rate of 2-3 business days. Game part orders and instructions via snail mail will be shipped USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail depending on the size, contents, order total, etc. ***During the time period leading up to any US observed holiday, the processing time for most orders is within 3 business days and the same rules apply as stated above.***
